Noroxin (norfloxacin) is a synthetic chemotherapeutic agent that is effective against a variety of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. It is also active against certain anaerobic bacteria and mycoplasma. Norfloxacin has been associated with a number of side effects, including gastrointestinal upset, headache, dizziness, and rash.
